Russell dedicated decades of his life to supporting individuals with disabilities, and honoring him on the course just feels right.

A health and wellness fundraising event to support cerebral palsy research. A challenge to organizations, employees and individual participants to take 10,000 steps a day or its equivalent and raise funds for cerebral palsy.

Every June a group of UCP+ students and staff make the trek to Merced County Office of Education’s Jack L. Boyd Outdoor School for a week-long outdoor camping experience. For many students, camping is a luxury and the only vacation they will go on in a year.

For nearly 2 decades the Christmas Tree Charity Festival & Auction has become a legacy event in Hanford for 10 invited non-profits that use this event to advance their mission through donations and raising awareness for their causes.

So UCP+ Central California is turning 70+ years old, and we intend to celebrate! In all, we hope to reach a lot of people to who we owe thanks; not only to our working colleagues but also to the legions of families, friends, partners and communities who through the years have helped us grow.
